Job Overview

The Quality Control Inspector is directly responsible for incoming components, in-process manufacturing, finished goods, and post-sterilization inspections. The QC Inspector will also be responsible for assisting in developing new inspection methods.

Main Responsibilities

  • Inspects Incoming Components
  • Inspects In-Process Manufacturing
  • Inspects Products entering facility (returns, post-sterilization product)
  • Inspects Printed Labels (margins, inking mistakes)
  • Inspects Packaging & Applied Labeling
  • Prints and Folds Labels as needed
  • Prints and Applies Stickers (accepted, released)
  • Identify and dispose of non-conformities
  • Writes Non-Conforming Material Reports
  • Correctly fill out QC inspection forms and other documents
  • Balance work loads between areas to keep Operations running smoothly

Qualifications

  • Education – High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Skills – Ability to see small differences in mass produced product, ability to write legibly, speak and understand English.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience – Previous QC Experience
