HEALTHCARE DISPOSABLES

Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

Job Overview

Cantel Medical has an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology group. We are looking for a Business Systems Manager, Supply Chain to join our growing team and provide support for our upcoming SAP deployment. This position acts as the primary liaison between Information Technology and the Supply Chain organization. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail oriented, able to work in a team environment and independently, and have the ability to solve complex problems. You will be Business-Value-Focused working closely with technical experts to deliver an optimized systems solution. You will lead a team of Business Analysts with function-specific goals and deliverables.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide functional leadership for the Information Technology operations that support Supply Chain
  • Act as the key liaison across all Divisions and Geographies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders
  • Develop a deep understanding of business strategy and user needs
  • Establish and manage a list of Supply Chain IT priorities that are consistent with Cantel’s strategic direction
  • Create consensus with other functions as to the timing of various solution implementations and withdrawals
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain management and other IT leaders
  • Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments needed specifically for Supply Chain operations
  • Perform Business Analysis activities as needed – lead these activities as required by the SAP implementation
  • Identifies and leverages IT synergy potentials across Divisions, countries and functions
  • Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources and use them to effectively coordinate on shared efforts

 

SAP Implementation

  • Manage required tasks/projects within Supply Chain scope
  • Provide leadership and facilitate rapid decision-making and effective escalation procedures
  • Play Project Manager role for Supply Chain deployment of SAP
    • Lead organization through tactical and transformational changes inherent in the implementation of a new ERP platform (people, processes, technology)
    • Day-to-day leadership of internal and external resources dedicated to Supply Chain
    • Establishes and actively directs the development and maintenance of plan, practices and assignments to identify and contain the occurrence of potential risks that can impede success
    • Implement and lead an effective project change management process
    • Drive development and adherence to standard best practices

 

IT Leadership

  • Collaborate with Business Systems, Infrastructure and Operations to ensure Supply Chain solution capability with company standards
  • Contribute leadership to successful implementation of projects, especially large enterprise systems as well an ongoing releases
  • Continually focus on opportunities to improve internal processes
  • Manage user training

Qualifications

Experience

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years business experience within their specific Functional Area (Supply Chain,) 8+ years working in a IT Business Analyst capacity (including extensive hands-on experience with SAP) and 3+ years of Management experience.

Education

 

Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters in related field preferred
