Job Overview

Assist in management of worldwide contract database for all Cantel Medical companies

Main Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Prepare standard contracts for worldwide distributors; confidentiality agreements; consulting agreements; restricted stock agreements; Powers of Attorney and other documents.
  • Manage contract life cycles, including execution, extension, renewals and terminations, and maintain database containing all contractual agreements.
  • Correspond with international offices and sales representatives.
  • Renew state and international registration filings.
  • Maintain and update minute books.
  • Enter matters into Legal Tracker and submit legal invoices for payment.
  • Assist with acquisitions and prepare closing binders.
  • Maintain master lists of owned/leased properties and stock ownership.
  • Review Business Associate Agreements.
  • Review marketing materials for proper trademark usage.
  • Provide support to Cantel Medical legal team.

 

NOTE:  Training will be provided on all standard contracts and Business Associate Agreements.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIRED FOR POSITION:

  • College Degree and Paralegal certificate desired
  • Knowledge of docketing using CPI or similar docketing system
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
  • Ability to build relationships with internal clients and Legal Department personnel is critical
  • Knowledge of Legal Tracker or other web-based e-billing systems helpful, but not required
