Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc.  and MEDIVATORS.

HEALTHCARE DISPOSABLES

Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

Who we’re looking for: The Creative Production Manager is enthusiastic, passionate and creative in the ways you bring concepts and production design to life within the organization. You love managing the big picture, and being the one responsible for bringing it all across the finish line. Ideally, you see how all the pieces fit together, but have an uncompromising eye for detail. You like to exercise your creative muscle on a regular basis, but truly enjoy the consistency of production work. You are a team member that challenges the status quo and promotes continual improvement and innovation as trends change.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop visual solutions and strategies that represent the brand and support key messages and organization objectives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, advisor and partner to educate others on best practices, processes and basic design principles.
  • Establish department standards and processes according to industry best practices.
  • Manage photo shoots, press checks and production of materials. Provide creative direction to and external contractors and vendors.
  • Select and manage external vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective results that reflect the Medivators and Cantel brands.
  • Evaluate and manage literature fulfillment process and vendor.
  • In close partnership with the Creative Manager, manage digital assets, define system for management and distribution.
  • Source and manage selection of promotional items.
  • Other initiatives, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, formal design training or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 10+ years experience in graphic design or related field with a design portfolio required.
  • 5+ years managing vendors, contractors or a team of individuals.
  • Mastery of design principles including layout, typography and composition.
  • Advanced-to-expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Expertise of production techniques at all levels.
  • Demonstrated written, verbal, interpersonal, facilitation, organizational and follow-up skills, the ability to meet deadlines, the ability to converse effectively with all levels of employees, as well as the ability to listen, articulate, facilitate and advocate.
  • Develops strong, positive and effective working relationships with individuals inside and outside the organization.
  • Experience in environment design and/or tradeshow booth design preferred.
  • Experience in digital and social platforms such as web, video or mobile preferred.
  • Ruthlessly prioritizes effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstration of a continuous desire to understand, learn and implement best practices and trends.
  • Experience working in global environments and/or medical device industry a plus.
  • Leadership, communication and planning skills and the ability to implement change to positively affect results.

TRAVEL:  Required to travel approximately 5-10%.
