Job Overview

This individual’s main responsibilities include: delivering tanks to customer sites and receiving tank exchanges, water treatment equipment preparation, regeneration of ion exchange resins and carbon, maintenance of units to ship to customers, and facility maintenance. Observes, follows and advocates all environmental health and safety rules.

Main Responsibilities


  • Moving, emptying and filling canisters plus performing quality checks. All canisters must be quality-inspected prior to shipment.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in various record logs for inventory accuracy and records retention.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area by actively participating in housekeeping responsibilities.
  • Schedule all deliveries efficiently and timely so as to meet client contractual agreements.
  • Prepare orders for shipment. This may include general shipping and receiving for the plant.
  • Ensure orders are filled correctly.
  • Delivering tanks to customer site and receiving tank exchanges; driving company-provided service truck.
  • Miscellaneous duties as requested to include miscellaneous plant repair and maintenance.


  • Basic mechanical skills and comprehension.
  • Must be detail-oriented and possesses excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to complete basic plumbing tasks including work with Sched 80 PVC per MCP Workmanship Standards.
  • Ability to complete basic electrical tasks including work with high and low voltage electrical per MCP Workmanship Standards.
  • Possesses excellence communication
  • Must be customer oriented
  • Possesses basic computer knowledge and able to perform basic computer input.
  • Able to operate manual and electric power jack
  • Ability to life up to 80 lbs unassisted
  • Observes, follows and advocates all environmental health and safety rules at all times.
  • Learns, understands, and is able to implement all Company policies, procedures and practices.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
  • Clean driving record
  • A DOT physical exam is required.


Educational requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous delivery experience with a non-class B truck in New England
