Job Overview

Provide technical product support for customers and field personnel via phone support and other electronic communication. Perform installations, in-services, and service repairs in house and in the field on company equipment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support company products via phone support line.
  • Interface with customers and field representatives to ensure quality product support.
  • Travel to perform company equipment installations, in-service, preventative maintenance, and repairs in the field.
  • Carry out field assignments as needed.
  • Perform Depot repairs including electronic product service repairs: estimate, repair, and testing of company products.
  • Maintain neat and accurate records in the documentation of customer communications per established procedures. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma plus two years of electronics trade school preferred or similar education.
  • A minimum of three to five years of technical services experience with one to three years of that experience in a customer facing role.
  • Competency with Microsoft office Suite required, with SQL database knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work with hydraulic flow path diagrams and schematic drawing a must, with great troubleshooting skills while in the customer’s environment.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. and have a valid drivers’ license.
  • Must have the ability to resolve conflict and work in a team environment.
  • Must have excellent communication (verbal and written), presentational, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Must have knowledge of Medivators products.
