    HEALTHCARE DISPOSABLES

    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    This role is responsible to lead the demand planning in Australia overseeing daily operations in the management of warehouse, transportation and oversee daily order management by working with customer service and internal stakeholders and external vendors. Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

    Main Responsibilities

    1. Developing, measuring and reporting on processes and performance metrics to drive improvements in the logistics operations and general business operations
    2. Document processes and procedures and execute the S&OP and Logistics strategies for the region in support of business growth.
    3. Manage day to day relationship with 3PL providers ensuring compliance with all internal controls and procedures, preparing warehouse in accordance to ISO 13485 compliance and enable standardization of supply chain processes across Australia in line with global Cantel practices
    4. Establish, maintain and seek corrective action on key Distribution / Warehousing service metrics failure. 
    5. Support key projects that improve tools, processes, productivity & compliance.
    6. Manage and maintain stock orders and shipments of goods from suppliers
    7. Drive improvements to the inventory planning process to ensure that critical forecasting and inventory planning inputs and parameters are updated in planning report (customer forecast, new product introductions, lead times, stocking status, etc.)
    8. Monitor & responsible for accuracy / routine maintenance of demand & supply data within SAP BYD system or equivalent including forecast and inventory. Able to recommend to Supply Chain group finished goods inventory levels within local distribution center & applicable geographies to ensure customer service levels are achieved and enable a quick and flexible response to unexpected changes in either supply or demand.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree or above, business/international trade major are preferred;
    • Min 5 years of import and export trade or supply chain working background are preferred;
    • Patience and high attention to detail and high customer service orientation;
    • High sense of responsibility and effective communication;
    • Strong ability to manage and meet supply chain demands and sharp deadlines
    • Good learning ability and hard-working attitude
    • Team player with positive attitude to challenges
