Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.



Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.



Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for providing high quality, professional, and timely executive assistance to the SVP of Operations and key members of the Operations Leadership team (5-7 individuals). The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for email, calendaring, global travel arrangements, functional and corporate presentations, monthly team reports, expense reports, etc. The person in this position must be highly organized, flexible, ability to be proactive, strong follow through skills, show interested and ability to improve processes and apply new technologies. Must thrive in a fast paced, hyper growth work environment. Ability to anticipate needs of the SVP and Leadership team to ensure maximum efficiencies of the group. Willingness to take on key projects of the function will be required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Performs administrative assignments of a complex and confidential nature, and avariety of complicated tasks, replying on judgement and experience to accomplish established goals and objectives
  • Routinely responds on behalf of the executive to written and electronic communication
  • Handles material of confidential and time-sensitive nature, as well as a variety of complex situations involving clerical/administrative functions of the office that do not require the direct attention of the executive
  • Uses considerable judgement and initiative to determine the appropriate action to take in non-routine situations
  • Interprets and adapts guidelines, precedents and practices
  • Anticipates and prepares presentation materials needed by the executive and his team for meetings, conference calls, etc.
  • Will assist in the preparation of monthly reports and, in turn, contacts various company personnel at all levels to collect, compile, and analyze complex information
  • Relies on judgement and experience to plan and accomplish goals\
  • Within established guidelines, makes independent decisions regarding planning, organization, and scheduling work
  • Manages domestic and international travel arrangements. Creates detailed literary for trips and resolves all scheduling matters.
  • Reconciles expense reports for the SVP and the Leadership team
  • Coordinates internal and external requests with confidential agreements, documents and other materials the executive review and signature
  • Protects the integrity and confidentiality of the executive’s office at all times
  • Proactively manages the SVP’s calendar in Outlook including daily shifts due to incoming priorities, scheduling new meetings and travel plans
  • Manage scheduling of meeting series for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings
  • Ensure meeting materials or materials for review are printed and provided in advance of meeting with appropriate time for review
  • Assist in preparation of word documents, spreadsheets and presentations via MS Office
  • Will attend key meetings to record minutes


  • High School Diploma or GED. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ of Executive Administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to navigate changes to meet the needs of fast-paced, hyper growth organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrates a high level of professionalism
  • Solid interpersonal skills required; demonstrated ability to work effectively and congenially with employees at all levels
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignment
  • Advance knowledge and demonstrated computer skills including: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio strongly desired
  • Poised, calm and capable of handling difficult situations
