Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.



Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.



Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

Job Overview

Provide cost and financial accounting support to the Cost Controller, Financial Operations Manager and Marcor/Medivators Operations groups (i.e., manufacturing, materials, management, engineering, facilities and distribution), R&D and Sales & Marketing.

Main Responsibilities

  • Will function in support role for both the Medivators and Marcor MN facilities.
  • Perform monthly cost accounting closing and prepare associated reports/analyses.
  • Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided to determine effects on costs.
  • Analyze actual manufacturing costs and departmental spend, and prepare monthly reports for distribution and discussion with Operations.
  • Finance team member of Focused factory teams for both facilities.
  • Reconcile the inventory accounts monthly. Compile and analyze monthly/quarterly inventory metrics.
  • Audit the inventory cycle count process and procedures monthly to ensure the inventory counts are being done accurately and that the documented procedures are being followed.
  • Maintain the integrity and operation of the Legacy cost accounting systems with similar accountabilities when the company implements SAP. Will support the implementation to SAP.
  • Understand Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and assist/support the department in remaining compliant.
  • Support quarterly/annual tax and audit reporting requirements as needed.
  • Other projects/responsibilities as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting is required with two to five years of relevant experience.
  • Must be proficient with personal computers and financial software.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills are critical to success.
  • Position requires good interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all levels in the company (at both the corporate headquarters and the foreign subsidiaries).
  • Knowledge of both automated and manual accounting principles, procedures and practices is important.
  • Strong Reconciliation skills and Inventory Mgmt. needed.
