    Job Overview

    This individual will be working in a fast-paced call center environment to take incoming technical calls from customers. This person will listen then analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our water purification equipment.

    Main Responsibilities

    • This position will correspond with customers, domestic and international, concerning requests for technical support on newly installed and existing reverse osmosis water filtration equipment.
    • Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
    • This position is an entry level into the Technical Support Team, assisting customers in troubleshooting and identification of repair / replacement parts.
    • The successful Representative will develop a strong understanding of the customer needs in order to engage the expertise of corporate representatives who specialize in the respective equipment, as appropriate.
    • With experience, this position will diagnose and manage the basic repair of customer equipment in remote locations.


    • Experience in technical discipline of reverse osmosis water filtration.
    • 4-year degree in Biology / Microbiology, chemical engineering / fluid dynamics, or 5+ years of similar field experience required.  Dialysis industry preferred.
    • Critical attributes include: “Customer friendly” communication style, relationship building, multi-tasking skills, prioritization, problem solving, conflict management, time management, listening, follow-up, negotiation, presentation, and computer skills.
    • Strong prioritization and time management skills, and the ability to multi-task numerous projects in a high volume, fast paced environment.
    • Strong leadership and negotiation skills are critical to the success of this position.
    • Ability to make sound business decisions.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Excellence verbal (phone) and written communication skills
    • Must be able to do some travel (10-20%)
    • Ability to sit in front of a computer for prolonged periods of time
    • Ability to multitask between systems
    • Analytical thinker with technical aptitude
    • With experience, this position will participate in a rotating after hours support schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
