    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc.  and MEDIVATORS.

    HEALTHCARE DISPOSABLES

    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for global functional configuration changes within Cantel’s Human Resources Information Systems. This position requires the use of organizational, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills to lead implementation and optimization projects for Cantel's global HR Technology platforms. This position requires HR Functional knowledge with strong technical expertise of HR systems in order to drive process and system adoption and efficiency, promote data integrity and ensure delivery of accurate reporting to the business. This position will work collaboratively with functional business areas to achieve agreed-upon project objectives, milestones, and deliverables as well as working to continuously improve upon asset-related processes and effectively communicating them to all HRBP’s and team members.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Lead and/or actively participate in multiple projects and initiatives as identified, aiming to improve and/or expand the utilization of Cantel’s global HR technology platforms.
    • Accountable for ensuring all HRIS data is updated and accurate.
    • Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of HR systems (ADP, Mercer Marketplace, ACAMP, Cornerstone, etc.) and the interfaces to other software tools within Cantel.
    • Perform basic to advanced HR systems configuration, analysis into root cause of problems and implements solutions.
    • Champion the effort to continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
    • Drive adoption of global HRIS best practices, standards, and documentation.
    • Stay abreast of system updates and enhancements, proactively evaluate and recommend adoption of changes as they meet organizational needs.
    • Develop, deliver and support analytical reports (i.e. headcount, turnover, etc.) in a variety of formats as needed to support the business.
    • Maintain security model to safeguard confidential data and ensure business processes are effectively managed.
    • Collaborate with IT staff and technology vendors to perform system implementations and upgrades.
    • Develop end user training and provide support as required.
    • Help ensure that all Cantel companies are in compliance with all required EEO1, HIPAA, ACA and ERISA laws.
    • Assist as needed in acquisition activities
    • Performs other job-related duties assigned.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or related field is preferred
    • Minimum seven (7) years cumulative experience in HR, HRIS or IT with system administrator and analyst responsibilities
    • 5-7 years of technical project management or ADP experience.

     

    SPECIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

    • Strong proficiency using business software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
    • High-level understanding of system, data and process models
    • Ability to work in a complex and changing environment while managing multiple projects with scheduled deadlines.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills necessary to interact effectively with global HR team members.
    • Strong discretion in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.

     

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    This role is located in an office setting. Extended periods of sitting and staring at a computer screen will be required. Domestic travel will be required less than 10% of the time.
