    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc.  and MEDIVATORS.

    HEALTHCARE DISPOSABLES

    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    Work directly with in-house corporate attorneys and internal clients to prepare and maintain various integral documents and materials. Supervise corporate paralegals.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Prepare standard contracts for worldwide distributors; consulting agreements; Powers of Attorney and other documents.
    • Manage contract life cycles, including execution, extension, renewals and terminations; maintain database containing all contractual agreements.
    • Review and negotiate confidentiality agreements.
    • Renew state and international registration filings.
    • Prepare resolutions and maintain corporate books and records.
    • Administer Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker database for routing of invoices.
    • Prepare closing binders for acquisitions.
    • Support and supervise corporate paralegals
    • Provide general support to Cantel Medical Legal Department; assist with special projects, as needed.

    • Strong commitment to quality work product and organization ethics, integrity and compliance
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to build relationships with internal clients and Legal Department personnel

     

    Technical/Functional Competencies

    • College degree required and paralegal certification desired; public notary a plus
    • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal
    • Experience with Contract Logix or similar contract lifecycle management software
    • Experience with Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker or similar web-based billing portals helpful, but not required
