    ENDOSCOPY

    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.

     

    WATER PURIFICATION AND FILTRATION

    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.

     

    HEALTHCARE DISPOSABLES

    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    The Commissions Manager will lead all aspects of Modeling, planning, and administering Sales Compensation plans, quotas, and contests for the U.S. Endo business.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Ensure that commission payments are: a) calculated and paid correctly each month in accordance with approved and documented commission plans and processes and per agreed to calendar, b) supported by data and calculations that are easily auditable.
    • Prepare for and lead the monthly management review of commissions.
    • Developing analysis & tools that point to tangible sales growth opportunities (eg: “Gap Maps”, etc.)
    • Ensure that sales quotas are appropriately determined / distributed for each applicable Sales Rep and are aligned by product / product group and month to AOP.
    • Provide analytical support in optimizing sales territory definition.
    • Co-lead process of defining, modeling, launching, and managing Sales Contests & Initiatives, providing weekly scorecards on performance.
    • Support expansion and deployment of Xactly system, including leveraging additional features & functionality, implementing in other global regions and business units based on completion of a plan.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all published reports

     

    Working with Sales & IT leaders to optimize SFDC content, presentations, and usage. Ensure tangible benefit to the sales force as well as to support of key business processes and analysis, including forecasting and SIOP.

    • Understanding features & functionality, data sources, structure and feeds.
    • Baselining historical trends and Key Performance Indicators (e.g. sales funnel conversion ratio), evaluating performance measured against established targets.
    • Building predictive models on funnel conversion, forecasting, product traction etc. to enhance forecast accuracy and collaborate forecasts into management reporting.

    Support implementation of Project Comet, GHX, and other initiatives as needed.

    Interface with Sales Reps, Pricing & Contracts, Marketing, Operations, R&D, and other departments as necessary to determine system and technical needs while assessing the performance of the Sales Organization.

    Evaluate longer term system needs for Sales departments, and work toward integrating systems into more user friendly and enabling uses.

    Integrate new products and services into existing or new systems.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business; finance; or related analytical discipline
    • MBA preferred
    • Minimum of 8 years' experience with 5+ years' experience in data analysis, decision support, including demonstrated proficiency with analytical software
    • Demonstrated experience applying modeling techniques against sales activities including pricing and volume trends
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including ability to author macros
    • Highly motivated "self-starter" capable of managing large pieces of a project without direct management
    • Highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, adept at managing expectations, and able to set and adjust priorities as needed
    • Experience developing complex analytical models using spreadsheet software and using presentation software to facilitate communication with senior stakeholders
    • Excellent facilitation skills, proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business environment.
    • Advanced analytics software experience
    • Ability to pay attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
