    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.



    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.



    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    The Process Validation Engineer role is specifically designed to facilitate significant quality, process and performance improvement activities using Six Sigma and Business Innovation methodologies. Black Belts are deployed throughout the organization to execute process improvement projects which drive breakthrough improvement in customer satisfaction, process capability, and quality.

    This individual will be assigned complex and cross functional projects with high visibility and impact to optimize the operations of the company. Their interaction with organizational leadership typically stimulates management thinking by posing new ways of doing things and challenges conventional wisdom by demonstrating successful application of new methodologies. The successful candidate will be analytical, result and process driven by nature, have a desire and passion for continuous improvements.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Lead complex Projects that involve cross functional teams- in the areas of Quality, Product transfers, Capital Improvement etc
    • Assist in Developing a structured Problem Solving Culture across all Operations and at all levels.
    • Develop and implement a plan for essential data collection, and thorough analysis utilizing statistical software and effective data manipulation and analysis design.
    • Working with and through team members and sponsor, design and implement a project for improvement strategies.
    • Provide regular project reviews to the Sponsor and/or Executive Leadership, including developing and presenting the PowerPoint Presentations.
    • Coach and mentor Green Belts following prescribed level based trainings and monitor projects throughout the entire process, ensuring timely and successful completion
    • Establish strong team relationships, building trust and open communication regarding project issues and results
    • supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as mentor and resource to less experienced staff.
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Engineering Degree Preferred
    • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred
    • 5-15 years’ experience leading organizational change and process improvement including: project management, change management, performance improvement, or process improvement preferably in a manufacturing setting.
    • Managed full 6 Sigma projects (DMAIC, DFSS, etc), responsible for the opportunity assessment, project creation, management, reporting, implementation, and control
    • Ability to manage projects effectively and efficiently with cross functional departments
    • Strong analytical/problem-solving and idea-generating skills; intermediate skills in data collection and data entry; aptitude for math and statistical concepts (formal class work in basic statistics preferred).
    • Proficiency with Office computer tools (e.g. Power Point, Excel, Access, Word).
    • Statistical software proficiency preferred (e.g. Minitab, SPSS).
    • Working experience with Design of Experiments (DOE’s)
    • Performs duties with accountability, competency, innovation, collaboration, compassion and respect to create the best possible outcomes with exceptional customer experiences. Black Belt Certification:
    • Success in the role will require strong proficiency in: Six Sigma, written and verbal communication, project management, relationship building, ability to influence, data extraction and analysis, and business and financial acumen.
