    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.



    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.



    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    This role will have the overall responsibility for strategy, change management, project delivery, people management, and operational excellence for Finance department. This role with work directly with Cantel Finance team, while partnering with the IT community to provide strategic leadership around company transition and long-term support of SAP ERP in and other areas of corporate finance/operations.
    This role offers a unique opportunity to be a part of an established, value driven global organization while delivering direct value to the CFO and finance leadership. The ideal profile of this position calls for a flexible and well-rounded senior leader with strategic, operational and program management experience – someone who is self-motivated, detailed oriented, collaborative, and polished in executive messaging and communications.
    This candidate will be working hands on in the first year to provide project management support and ownership in our SAP S4/HANA implementations as a transformational resource. The second year will be dedicated to ERP rollout in Europe and additional legal entities in phase 2 and 3 of our program. Longer-term this role will be tasked with responsibilities with M&A and business acquisition as it relates to finance integration and process improvement.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Finance transformation lead and project manager for S4 HANA implementation and ongoing process improvement.
    • Assist in M&A integrations a project lead for Finance.
    • Project management


    • Ten years plus of current progressive roles utilizing SAP platforms in a manufacturing environment. S/4 HANA experience a plus
    • Must have business process transformation experience and have been through ERP System implementation
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance is required.  Master degree preferred.
    • Strong Project management skills
    • Cost Accounting and/or FPA Experience a plus
    • Available to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally
