    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.


    Life Sciences 

    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.



    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    The Operations Project Manager manages cross-functional teams to accomplish the tasks necessary to ensure that the overall project goals are delivered on-time, within budget, and all performance requirements are met. This position manages projects associated with the acquisition, installation and commissioning of production equipment. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills are critical as well as an ability to perform in a constantly fluctuating and fast paced environment.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Define and recommend a project team and gain approval from management for team member support.
    • Able to gain consensus and agreement (buy-in) from the team and management to support decisions.
    • Ability to identify project obstacles and solutions and to drive decisions and resources to successful resolutions.
    • Make decisions and adjustments to project direction, schedule, and resource allocation based upon data and facts obtained from the project team.
    • Define and develop a project plan, schedule, resource requirements, hazard analysis, project cost estimates and other required documents.
    • Manage project progress towards established goals and identify and communicate project risks that may affect the expected outcome.
    • Track project expenses and performance against scheduled milestones.
    • Resolve resource issues and project conflicts among team members and within the organization.
    • Participate in completion of the project tasks as needed.
    • Report project progress to key stakeholders.
    • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


    • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Project.
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
    • Ability to objectively analyze data provided by team members to assure that conclusions are valid.
    • Ability to visualize an overall picture of the project tasks and their interrelationships in order to identify potential conflicts or problems.
    • Communicate complex information clearly in verbal and written form, effectively present information to senior staff (Phase reviews, project updates) and represent the company during on and off site meetings with entities outside the company.



    • Project management experience associated with the acquisition, installation and commissioning of production equipment.
    • Familiarity with manufacturing equipment associated with chemical filling and packaging.
    • Project management experience within the medical device industry.
    • Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ’s
    • Experience with PFMEA’s
    • Project Management (PMP) certification.
