    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.


    Life Sciences 

    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.



    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    As a strategic partner, the Senior HR Business Partner (Senior HRBP) aligns business objectives with management and team members within the dedicated business segments. The Senior HRBP partners as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues; workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and general HR consulting. A successful Senior HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent while assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. The Senior HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business strategies and objectives of the organization. The Senior HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about their assigned business unit’s financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition.

    Main Responsibilities

    Business Partnering

    • Works closely with senior leadership and staff to define and execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives including but not limited to business unit restructures workforce planning, and succession planning
    • Partner with business unit leaders to improve organizational effectiveness by diagnosing issues in the workplace and identifying appropriate strategies to resolve problems, improve team performance and effectiveness, and development of people strategies that support the business needs
    • Help translate current and business needs into an overall integrated strategic HR plan
    • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR support services to develop solutions, programs and policies that address management teams’ needs
    • Provide guidance and counsel around workforce reductions, reorganizations/organizational alignment and employment law
    • Employee Relations/Coaching:
      • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions)
      • Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation

    Human Resources Competence:

    • Participates and helps lead integration of company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change, etc)
    • Exposed to legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required
    • Provide recommendations to HR Leadership and Development team to identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs


    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field with a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive human resources partnering
    • Demonstrated ability to understand the business and be able to balance human/organizational decisions with business considerations
    • Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, verbal and written communication, process development, analysis and problem solving while ensure confidentiality on all fronts
    • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational design, performance management, and employment legislation, talent management, and talent acquisition
    • Ability to solve complex moderate to complex problems effectively and manage multiple high priority tasks
    • Proven high-level consulting skills, conflict management skills, and interpersonal and negotiation skills with a strong ability to earn credibility across leadership
    • Experience interacting with both domestic and global audiences at all levels within an organization
    • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office tools
