    Job Overview

    The Quality Control Incoming EM Specialist is directly responsible for QC incoming activities related to components/parts of AER machines, cabinets and chemstores.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Inspects Incoming Components/Parts

    • Inspects Products entering facility (returns, rework)

    • Prints and Folds Labels as needed

    • Prints and Applies Stickers (approved, rejected)

    • Identify and dispose of non-conformities

    • Writes Non-Conforming Material Reports

    • Supports root-cause analysis for non-conforming materials

    • Supports MRB process for product disposition of non-conforming materials

    • Correctly fills out QC inspection forms and other documents

    • Balances workloads between areas to keep Operations running smoothly


    • Education – High school diploma or equivalent required

    • Skills – Ability to see small differences in mass produced product, ability to write legibly, speak and understand English.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience – Previous QC Experience preferred
