  • Job Overview

    This position specializes in finding top talent for all Cantel entities in Europe, and as needed, using a wide variety of sourcing and recruitment options, tools and resources to fill positions timely and cost effectively. This position will work with the hiring managers and Human Resource generalists and coordinate and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes ensuring the integrity of the process and meeting all internal and external compliance requirements. As part of the Human Resources team, this position will also support other programs and processes that support a diverse worldwide population.

    Main Responsibilities


    1. Works with the hiring managers and HR Generalists to develop a recruitment plan/strategy for each position that includes determining recruitment options, ensuring job descriptions are updated, clear, and accurately reflect the needs, timelines, follow up and who’s involved in the process.

    2. Current Countries this role would support include Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, UK, Belgium and with Cantel’s high growth ambitions this list will expand quickly

      • Uses a variety of sourcing options including:

        • Internal job postings on company web site

        • Recruitment databases such as Monster and social media to source passive candidates

        • Job postings on a variety of sites including, but not limited to, state and diversity web sites

        • Agencies

        • Universities / Colleges

        • Other





    3. Screens, and interviews internal and external applicants to fill job vacancies.

    4. Works with agencies and schools to develop relationships

    5. Researches internet sites and places ads appropriately.

    6. Works with the appropriate internal and external partners to enhance and maintain web sites and other tools to connect with candidates and optimize the organization’s online presence to prospective candidates.

    7. Administration and reporting –maintains and updates requisition report weekly, tracks recruitment costs, drug screens and background checks, offer letters, reject letters, etc.

    8. Supports other HR programs and processes as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education and qualification:



    1. Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources or a related field

    2. European languages preferred: English / French / German / Italian

    3. Significant previous recruiting experience required

    4. Recruitment experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

    5. Internet experience including job boards, job posting and networking

    6. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies

    7. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)

    8. Ability to build relationships with candidates, customers and HR team

    9. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, executives, candidates etc.

    10. Recruiting experience utilizing social media

    11. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
