    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.



    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.



    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the proper warehousing and inventory control of raw materials, finished goods, factory supplies and spare parts. Ensures the maximum utilization of warehouse facilities. Coordinates with purchasing, manufacturing and traffic departments to ensure proper receiving, transfer and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Ensures proper loading, unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of finished goods in order to prevent product damage, accidents and occupational hazards.
    • Effectively monitors flow of goods and implements first-in first out method in the use of raw materials and in dispatching of finished goods.
    • Coordinates with the purchasing department with regards to incoming deliveries of raw materials and supplies.
    • Coordinates with manufacturing with regards to transfer and dispatch of finished goods.
    • Maintains the highest standards of customer service by immediately attending and resolving customer issues on product preparation prior to dispatch.
    • Ensures accuracy of product inventories against system records by conducting cycle counts on a periodic basis following appropriate guidelines.
    • Conducts regular cycle counts as per established schedules and guidelines. Analyzes inventory variances.  Implements preventative countermeasures based on result of inventory variance analysis.
    • Immediately resolves inventory discrepancies. Analyzes inventory variances per cycle count and provides immediate solution to significantly reduce the variance.
    • Develops and effectively implements warehouse and inventory monitoring systems and procedures.
    • Maintains complete production plan, inventory control and warehouse records and manuals.
    • Ensures integrity and completeness of all manufacturing and logistics records and manuals.
    • Prepares and monitors budgets according to plan and ensures maximum utilization of manufacturing and logistics resources.
    • Provides advice and support on production planning, inventory control and warehouse matters.
    • Develops and implements business process initiatives to optimize operations in accordance with overall business objectives. Provides clear directions and general guidance to the department in the formulation of basic policies and procedures and ensures that these are translated to action.


    • Seven to ten years related experience in managing a manufacturing operation within the medical device industry.
    • Hands-on familiarity with all stages of a product’s development and manufacturing cycle.
    • Ability to work in a team, build consensus and enlist support across business units. 
    • Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs may be required.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including employee development, coaching and oral and written communication.
    • Working knowledge in mechanical process piping design, electrical design, instrumentation, water chemistry, process controls, pump hydraulics and quality documentation
    • Working knowledge of ASME BPE, B31.1, B31.3, ISO 13485, ISO 13959, AAMI 13959, GMP
