    Job Overview

    Attending to the breakdown and service requirements of all Cantel medical machines within an allocated area.

    Main Responsibilities

    • On rota “On Call” engineer. Taking out of hours customer service calls between Monday      to Sunday
    • Scheduling of calls with customers as and when calls are allocated to the Engineer.
    • Monitoring the individual performance of machines in their area and report back to the      FSM and recommended improvements or preventative actions.
    • Scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance on contracted machines within their area.      In accordance to the SIS scheduled reports.
    • Act as company ambassador when visiting customers.
    • Feedback and act as champion between field activity and Engineering. To assist in the      continual improvement of machine performance.
    • Ensure all paperwork is in on time and accurate to the FSM.
    • Monitor and maintain health and safety in the workplace.

    Any other reasonable duty requested by either the FSM or other members of Senior Management.

    Qualifications

    • Education Have a minimum of 2 years Engineering based roles either electrical or mechanical.  And customer facing experience.
    • Amount of Experience: At least 2 years experience in Engineering ideally field based.
    • Technical Skills: Electrical Engineering skills, Knowledge of Plumbing Processes.
    • Computer skills:  should be experienced with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and Outlook software.
    • Other:  Full driving license

    Physical moving of machinery required and working in tight confined spaces.

    Approachable with excellent communication and customer service skills.  Well organized with the ability to prioritize
