    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.



    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.



    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    The Financial Analyst position will play a critical role by providing business and financial support to the Global Commercial Finance & Sales Operations team for the Endoscopy business. This role will play a key part in driving sales force effectiveness. The position will become the Subject Matter Expert for the XACTLY and systems. This is a great role for someone with strong system, analytical, and modeling skills to enhance their business partnership skills, support a global business, and work on highly visible and impactful projects.

    Main Responsibilities

    Core Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Provide Monthly activity and opportunity funnel metrics
    • Support sales contest definitions by providing analytics and tracking metrics
    • Provide quote distribution analysis and support
    • Provide analytical support for territory and channel planning
    • Own distributor tracing data and inputs into XACTLY to ensure correct Commission payments for distribution
    • Support FP&A activities and be on point as backup or routine and ad hoc analyses
    • Provide assistance or coverage for the Daily Sales Report when needed
    • Reduce complexity and drive standardization by working with different finance teams globally

    Business Partnership:

    • Work cross-functionally with the sales and marketing teams, and global finance team
    • Participate in business Kaizen events to build process maps and drive productivity projects


    • Four-year degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance. 
    • 3-5 years of combined experience in finance.
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with strong attention to detail


    • Advanced Degree or CPA preferred
    • Experience with SAP, Hyperion and Cognos
    • Self-starter with passion to continuously improve and solve problems to drive business forward
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with strategic mindset
    • Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
