    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.



    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    Provide technical support to the Injection Molding Machines to achieve desired quality, quantity, service and cost standards through safe and proper utilization equipment. Leading and developing the future by enhancing automation and technology.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Update and review equipment requirements to meet daily production goals
    • Develop preventative maintenance plans for all equipment utilized in the molding department
    • Develop processes utilizing scientific injection molding reports and counter measures to obtain production performance
    • Working with tool shop to develop effective running molds that results in the manufacturing of high quality products
    • Assists with IQ, OQ, & PQ process
    • Trouble shoot process and machine issues and provide corrective action on findings
    • Develop and implement robot programs and design end of arm tooling
    • Develop and implement a process for automation to count and pack parts directly into packaging
    • Ensures proper safety and company policies/guidelines
    • Set up and operate testing equipment to validate product and processes
    • Train molding staff on adherence to proper trouble shooting of an injection molded part
    • Perform assigned tasks in accordance with applicable department
    • Participate in LEAN and Continuous Improvement events IE SMED
    • Perform any and all other duties as assigned


    • 10 year’s experience of hands on injection molding process experience
    • Associates degree or Technical Certification related to injection molding and/or automation is required
    • Must be detail oriented
    • RJG Master Molding 1 certificate desired
    • Technical experience troubleshooting injection molding equipment issues along with experience assembling/disassembling injection molding tooling
    • Ability to communicate well (written and verbal in the English language) and work independently at times to accomplish goals in a timely fashion
    • Must exhibit the characteristics of integrity, diligence, and loyalty
    • Must be timely in the completion of tasks and communicate well at all organization levels
    • Understanding of Lean concepts and the ability to demonstrate everyday incremental improvements within job scope
    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work in a team environment; high customer empathy and desire to enthusiastically serve
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs; heavier lifting is necessary on occasion and the employee is required to ask for assistance above 50 lb
