    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.


    Life Sciences 

    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.



    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    The Marketing Communications Manager should be a multi-faceted, dynamic individual who can lead the strategic planning, development, launch and measurement of high-quality and effective marketing communications activities that support the business objectives and build brand equity. This individual will be responsible for promoting the company and all products and services globally through traditional and digital marketing channels, including print, social media, website development, tradeshows, advertising and PR, and targeted marketing campaigns.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Develop strategy for and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce effective promotional campaigns and materials.
    • Ensure consistent approved branding and messaging throughout all communication, and sale and marketing collateral.
    • Monitor, understand and report the impact of marketing campaigns on sales trends, business objectives and targets.
    • Effectively work with external vendors, consultants and internal team members to accomplish tasks within set deadlines.
    • Help prepare and assure adherence to marketing budget.
    • Manage relationships with distributor partners and field sales team.


    • Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or agency setting with growing responsibility.
    • Must have superior project management and writing skills with success in meeting deadlines.
    • Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in marketing.
    • Strong organization, proactive follow-up, teamwork, interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Ability to develop strategies and stay on task under minimal supervision.
    • Some travel for conferences and customer visits will be required.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)


    • 3+ years of management experience a plus.
    • 3+ years of experience in a technical and/or medical devices (especially dental) industry a plus.
    • Experience with graphics software and video development tools, and project management software a plus.
