    ENDOSCOPY

    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.

     

    WATER PURIFICATION AND FILTRATION

    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.

     

    HEALTHCARE DISPOSABLES

    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    The EHS Coordinator will provide administrative support for EHS program. This role will also maintain online resources to support the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) department. This includes eLearning modules, assessments, performance support materials and interactive multimedia files to educate employees who work in diverse locations. This role will also administratively maintain other electronic and cloud based data systems that support the EHS department.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Maintain electronic data bases for departmental metrics
    • Work with internal teams to complete root cause analysis documents and track corrective actions
    • Track and report month metrics
    • Perform administrative duties for other EHS electronic management systems as needed
    • Set up and maintain SDS Binderworks, EHS incident tracking, and driver management programs.
    • Leverage adult learning theory to design and develop quality e-learning programs.
    • Bring learning content and materials to life through text, graphics, animation, and interactivity visuals and graphics that enhance the user experience.
    • Lead the development of assessments, job aids, facilitator guides, participant guides, PowerPoints, quick reference guides, reference guides, and surveys to support education and training through multi modes of delivery.
    • Configure, deploy and test eLearning content in learning management system.
    • Register users through recurring and standard enrollment.
    • Customize and deploy registered user notification emails.
    • Track training compliance and work with the business partners to meet deadlines.
    • Develop and maintain training metrics to evaluate effectiveness of training.
    • Coordinate and maintain e-learning course offerings.
    • Act as consultant to distributed content developers within organization, sharing eLearning development best practices, ensuring compliance with development design standards, assisting where needed with audio, video and other media components.
    • Make updates to existing content as requested.
    • Recommend changes to curricula or delivery methods based on instructional effectiveness data, current or future performance requirements, feasibility, and costs.
    • Perform learning management administration duties such as end user support, troubleshooting learning management system technical issues, generating and distributing exception reports, etc.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent practical experience / education.
    • 2+ years’ relevant experience
    • Experience with LMSs.
    • Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and with teams.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • This position may involve sitting for extended periods of time in an office setting.
    • This position may require occasional travel.

    IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

    • Software knowledge and experience in Camtasia, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Standard, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate.
    • Strong consulting capability and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Skills to measure effectiveness of training and return on investment (ROI)
    • Facilitation skills for classroom, virtual, and web based learning
    • Ability to clearly and effectively convey information to individuals or groups.  This includes the ability to choose the appropriate method or methods of communication
    • Proficient knowledge and skills working in a computer based office suite environment; Microsoft Windows or Mac Office
    • Displays and promotes high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational and government standards
    • Ability to consistently carry out job responsibilities to meet deadlines.  Ability to deliver on commitments as promised and able to acknowledge when commitments are not met and takes appropriate steps to fulfill what has been promised
