    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.


    Life Sciences 

    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.



    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    The Product Manager is next to the Cantel Account Manager the primary commercial contact between (potential) customers and Cantel. This role is to support a long-term strong relationship with target hospital departments. As a representative of the company, this person should have well developed interpersonal skills combined with strategic sales talent. The Product Manager will put the (potential) customer at the center. This person will actively work together with the hospital stakeholders to identify solutions within Cantel Medical’s portfolio, to increase the departments efficiency, to solve existing problems or to identify opportunities in the context of change projects.

    Main Responsibilities


    1. Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders (from the workfloor up to the C-Level) in the target territory by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
    2. Analyze the markets potential by performing market surveys and support to identify and discuss new opportunities with the respective sales reps and management.
    3. Develop and implement the business plan that expands the company’s customer base and reinforce the current position in the market through cross- and upselling.
    4. Actively present, promote and sell Aexis Medical’s solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    5. Identify, manage and answer public tenders
    6. Develop new and under-exploited markets for Aexis medical’s solutions in the territory
    7. Identify new (emerging) trends, upcoming changes in regulations or best practices and inform management to anticipate market shifts and prepare/initiate future developments.
    8. Perform constant competition bench marks and propose evolutions in the software to stay ahead of the competition.
    9. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the sales and management team
    10. Work closely together with the sales members and management in order to implement the sales strategy.
    11. Achieve the agreed upon sales targets
    12. Continuously improve through feedback



    1. Master degree or equivalent through experience
    2. At least 3 years of experience in selling solutions or capital equipment in a hospital environment (long sales cycles), with a proven track record.
    3. Project Management certification or -knowledge is an asset
    4. Solution selling certification/training is an asset
    5. Specialized knowledge of workflow procedures in Endoscopic-, CSSD- and OR- departments is an asset.
    6. IT Technical knowledge: Level III of Aexis (details of the software)
