    Job Overview

    This downstream focused role supports Medivators EMEA Marketing strategies for Medivators products and/or service in France. Routinely interacts with direct
    sales teams to ensure we are compliant in the markets a network of KOLs in collaboration with Sales within the given territory to sustain marketing efforts and
    drive products penetration and deliver technical and sales support. Coordinates with internal departments to gather information and specification required to
    market products and to implement a product life cycle program. This person will be instrumental in helping to identify, create and translate marketing collateral
    to support sales. In addition, this individual will lead local & international tradeshow activities, coordinate training, maintain internal marketing drives, EMEA
    website content and support reporting/analysis needs as requested. Finally, this person will review all training materials as developed and modify per region as
    necessary.

    Main Responsibilities

     Create, maintain and coordinate marketing documents & product literature in the relevant languages
     Manage sample, demo and marketing materials
     Create sales aids for sales team
     Actively develops and maintain KOL networks to sustain products sales and penetration in collaboration with Sales and BDMs
     Manage translation of marketing and sales materials
     Runs reports of sales to help monitor their progress
     Identifies main competitors and tracks marketing data to support pricing and sales activities
     Supports in a timely fashion the Tender Office with technical documentation and market data
     Monitor distributors websites and provide updates to sales and marketing managers
     Maintain EMEA marketing drive and EMEA website
     Support with the various product launch initiatives both internally and externally
     Lead/coordinate international trade shows (Medica, UEGW, FISMAD, AIOS, ANOTE, etc.) by providing/developing requested materials.
     Lead/coordinate local trade shows and sales team support
     Provide ongoing support to sales reps by answering questions and ensuring proper use and installation of our products

     Coordinate EMEA training and distributors meetings
     Track and maintain the marketing/demo area
     Support analytical needs as requested
     Support the sales team and Sales Director on day-to-day commercial operations
     Support the Marketing Director in day-to-day marketing operations
     Liaise with other departments to facilitate product improvements and understand market product specification requirements and communicate internally
    for product upgrades/updates
     Manage MD listing and registering
     Manage with the general management adverse events cases

    Qualifications

     Minimum bachelor's degree in Business or Sciences and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing activities.
     Knowledge of the Medical Device field and its requirements
     Understanding of local Health programs and purchase system
     Excellent verbal and written communication skills
     Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
     Ability to successfully use the internet for research
     Ability to successfully use Excel and other analytical tools for sales and market research/reporting and data analysis
     Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
     Speaks Fluent English and local language
     Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and possess excellent organization and prioritizing skills
     Must be a good team player and able to work in a multidisciplinary team
