    Job Overview

    To support the regions’ Clinical & Education Manager and Product Manager in providing both clinical & education support for the Cantel range of products and/or services for the APAC region and Emerging Markets. Identify key metrics and support plans to achieve regional sales and profitability for each launch. This role requires strong leadership, presentation, communication and planning skills. This position must communicate with all the appropriate sales, marketing and support resources within Cantel.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Is the primary customer contact for expertise and application related support for Cantel’s range of products
    • Specifically for our direct markets, develops and manages in-service training activities including customer evaluation, competency testing and attendance records.
    • Develops good standing relationships with our customers in all accounts.
    • Ensures our customers achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction with our products and systems.
    • Supports and participates in new site qualification and installation process.
    • Assists the sales team in new account acquisition primarily through technical and clinical support, as well as congress/shows support when needed.
    • Supports the Marketing Team in:
      • Rolling out corporate training programs
      • Congress, exhibition, workshop activities
      • Clinical trials
      • Market metrics
      • Product launch activities




    • Registered nurse, Bachelor's degree in Business or Sciences, or a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in medical equipment and consumables sales and marketing
    • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
    • Creative/Innovative in development of training presentations and materials
    • Ability to effective develop presentations on Cantel products and services
    • Strong presentation skills to sales, customers and senior management
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
    • Must be a self-starter, possess a high sense of urgency, and "can do" attitude




    • Ability to travel as required, up to 30% of the time
