    Job Overview

    The operator position involves the completion of various assembly and machine operation assignments by operating standard or specially designed equipment. Tasks range from light assembly to operation of high volume production machinery.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Work safely in a fast pace manufacturing environment
    • Perform in a team based structure within production cells/groups
    • Assemble/Manufacture product per documented Standard Operating Procedures
    • Ability to maintain production rates
    • Perform quality in line audit checks
    • Take care of daily shop clean ups and maintain 6S organization
    • Other applicable tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
    • Identify and suggest opportunities for waste identification and elimination


    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 1 – 5 years assembly/manufacturing experience
    • Must be able to lift 50+ LBS
