    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.

    Life Sciences 

    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.


    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.


    Job Overview

    The Training Specialist is accountable for facilitating the execution of the Technical Support and Training departments training programs. This person is also responsible for facilitating customer training as needed. In addition, this position will support all aspects of daily operations, including recording and reporting data. This person must work with minimal supervision and take initiative to perform all tasks.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Facilitation of registration for customer training events. Including coordination of training class logistics including, but not limited to registrations, class participant sign-in, and sourcing of various items needed to guarantee a positive customer experience.
    • Actively pursues ways to improve the day to day processes of the role, including the use of existing software platforms and/or identification and implementation of new solutions.
    • Maintains and distributes department related information as required.
    • Completes and maintains a variety of reports as directed by the department manager.
    • Uses software tools to manage a variety of tasks, such as procurement of training materials, time and attendance, safety, scheduling, etc.
    • Assists with data collection and reporting required for departmental .
    • Assists in the implementation of operational projects as needed.
    • Independently provide the administrative support and project coordination showing a high level of appropriate decision making to keep initiatives moving.
    • Ensure the tracking of all deadlines for assigned team members as needed to guarantee timely delivery of all projects, presentations, reports, etc.
    • Work closely with other functions to ensure the department has what it needs to operate at the highest level of efficiency.
    • Understand the scope and content of ongoing initiatives and programs that the Training Team is involved in to provide the utmost proactive service.
    • Develop and maintain a centralized filing system for class record retention per FDA guidelines, which is linked to computer network filing structure for ease of use by appropriate parties.
    • Other responsibilities as required.






    Education: Degree in an Education field preferred


    Experience: Three years of prior work experience in a Service .

    • High Level competency with Microsoft Office suite of products
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Propel a plus
