    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.

    Life Sciences 

    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.


    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.


    Job Overview

    The Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing professional operational in-services to end-use customers for Central RO Water Systems, Central Delivery Systems, Portable RO’s and related consumables in clinic and hospital settings. Provision of post-sale in-service/education will insure customer knowledge and satisfaction with RO system. This is a field position and does include significant travel within the United States.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage professional product operational in-services to customers.
    • Manage quality assurance post installation audits.
    • Manage identity of Mar Cor support resources (i.e., sales, technical services, customer service, and marketing).
    • Schedule and conduct all in-services in conjunction with end users schedule.
    • Participate in product development teams by becoming involved in product/marketing testing. Research and communicate competitive marketplace information for the Marketing Department.
    • Be a strategic partner with implementation of marketing programs and product launches by communicating objectives of program and outcome expectation.
    • Represent Mar Cor by attending and/or participating in local/national organizational meetings or events appropriate to responsibilities (ANNA, NANT, etc.).
    • Requires significant travel.
    • Partner cross-functionally with MCP Project Manager for establishing training schedule.


    • BS degree or equivalent (dialysis experience).
    • Minimum of five (5) years related in-service and professional training experience.
    • Self-Starter, must be a good time manager
    • Active involvement in relevant professional organizations.
    • Experience troubleshooting, analyzing and documenting software operational issues.
    • CHT Certification Required, or ability to gain certification
    • This is a field-based position with travel requirements of 50-75%
