    Medical 

    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.

    Life Sciences 

    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.

    Dental 

    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    Employee generates revenue by renewing service contracts, soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information; developing accounts. Employee exercise some independent judgement based on established procedures and verbally stated specific guidelines.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Responsible for quoting spare parts, expendables, and preventative maintenance and other service contracts within the assigned territory.

     

    • Provide inside sales support for all outside sales representatives in the field.

     

    • The accurate preparation of quotations.

     

    • Provide call in customer sales support within the assigned territory.

     

    • Proactive follow up with customers within the assigned territory.

     

    • Renewal of all PM and other service agreements within the assigned territory.

     

    • Customer care follow up on quality of products & services provided.

     

    • Review accounts no less frequent than annually to confirm that acceptable profit margin is being achieved and that services promised are being provided.

     

    • Maintaining accurate customer data within Sugar CRM.

     

    • Provide excellent customer communication and follow up, both verbally and written.

     

    • Promoting Mar Cor Purification as a world leader in high purity Water, Disinfection and Filtration.

     

    • Any additional tasks as assigned by manager.

    Qualifications

    • Relate well with others; stellar interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Should be honest, assertive, and systematic.
    • Strong multi-tasking skills; must be able to work on numerous projects at once.
    • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment.
    • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, Internet, Web Applications, etc.
    • Strong sales and business acumen.
    • Sales, AutoCAD, and high purity water experience desirable.

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Two years’ experience performing similar tasks.
    • Associate or higher degree desirable.
