    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.

    Life Sciences 

    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.


    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.


    Job Overview

    Reporting to the Vice President Corporate FP&A and Investor Relations, the senior analyst of FP&A will perform an important role at Cantel’s Corporate HQ by supporting the finance team with monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting, KPI and metric analysis, corporate function budgets, and other various finance related ad hoc projects. The senior analyst will be expected to lead cross-functional projects, and interface with senior leaders within Cantel’s executive leadership team as required.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Prepare consolidated financial statements for monthly management reporting, including regional, functional, and segment analysis.
    • Assist in coordination of global annual operating plan (budget) and forecasts, with direct responsibility for corporate functions.
    • Prepare presentations for senior management.
    • Assist in various corporate finance analysis, including KPIs, metrics, and support in the company’s investor relations activities.
    • Perform ad hoc analysis for senior management.
    • Enhance reporting infrastructure via core finance systems, develop and document FP&A processes that add value.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
    • Minimum 3 years of related professional experience. Medical devices environment helpful, but not required. FP&A experience preferred, other finance backgrounds will be considered.
    • Extensive excel modeling experience required, along with proficiency with Hyperion/HFM and PowerPoint. Implementation or experience with planning software preferred.
    • Strong financial modeling skills.
    • Ability and willingness to learn and master new systems to obtain data.
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
    • The position will be based in Little Falls, New Jersey.
