Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.
Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.
Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc. #CB
1. Sets up and operates one or more CNC LATHES OR CNC MILLS
to perform turning, milling, boring, and threading according to
knowledge of CNC machining operations.
2. Reads blueprints and visualizes machining to be done,
dimensions of parts and permissible tolerances.
3. Visualizes movements of machine parts and work pieces in each
operation in relation to the others.
4. Installs collets, vises, fixtures, etc using appropriate tooling.
5. Installs and adjusts tools and offsets to control part dimensions.
6. Will work on either Milling machine or Lathe as needed.
7. Conducts in process dimensional checks as required by
appropriate AQL level.
8. Conducts first article inspections.
9. Assists with de-burring, drilling, and tapping of components.
10.Completes required paperwork.
11.Cleans equipment and shop floor on scheduled routine basis.
12.Other duties as required.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years experience
in CNC Mills or CNC Lathes (preferably with Okuma and Haas
equipment). Must be willing to operate both sets of equipment.
Must know how to adjust programs as necessary to meet
tolerances. Has experience working with micrometers, calipers,
rulers, and tape measures. Must have good manual dexterity. Must
be safety conscious working with equipment and follow safety
