    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.

    Life Sciences 

    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.


    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.


    Job Overview

    The Associate Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing the implementation projects of installing Cantel products at customer facilities across their region. This includes marshalling the appropriate internal resources to include Customer Service, Materials, Sales, Field Service Engineers, and Clinical Education Specialists. Project managing the customer preparedness, equipment availability and internal resources to ensure a delighted customer experience are the prime goals of this position

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manages the customer implementation process.
    • Develops and maintains effective, proactive relationships and communications with customer and Cantel departments/associates to contribute to a successful overall customer experience.
    • Conducts project initiation activities.
    • Establishes and manages activities towards project milestones independently or in conjunction with implementation leadership.
    • Communicates continuously with internal and external stakeholders regarding project status as necessary to ensure all assigned tasks are completed according to schedule.
    • Maintains milestones and project status in Cantel Project Management Applications.
    • Overcomes client and internal obstacles to ensure timely project completion, and coordinates with other departments as necessary to obtain objectives.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation.
    • Coordinate with the customer to set realistic expectations and ensure facility requirements have been met.
    • Manage multiple comprehensive implementation projects simultaneously.
    • Complete weekly time and expense reports on a timely basis.
    • Provide weekly activity schedules to management.
    • Ability to travel 5%-10%
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s of Art or Bachelor’s of Science degree is preferred and an Associate’s degree is required.
    • A minimum of 1+ year of customer service or project management experience is required and in a medical device environment is preferred.
    • Basic ERP System experience, SAP preferred.
    • Sales/or Account management experience preferred.
    • Demonstrates ability to work independently.
    • Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Excellent in organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
    • MS Office skills, primarily Outlook and Excel.
