Our products include specialized medical device reprocessing systems for endoscopy and renal dialysis, advanced water purification equipment, sterilants, disinfectants and cleaners, sterility assurance monitoring products for hospitals and dental clinics, disposable infection control products primarily for dental and GI endoscopy markets, dialysate concentrates, hollow fiber membrane filtration and separation products. Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.
Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.
Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.
Review Change Orders (COs) for completeness per department policies/procedures
Coordinate and control document processing for change requests, deviations, QPs
and process documents
Monitor Documentation requests and prioritize to ensure that all requests are
completed in a timely manner
Revision verification in ERP and PLM system
Assist in processing basic CAD drawings
Maintain systems for documentation storage. Archive and retrieve documents
stored off-site and ensure that document destruction is carried out per policy
Train internal customers on efficient system usage
Maintain integrity of working documents
Provide superior customer service and communication to all customers
Recognize opportunities for documentation improvement and participate in the
development and implementation of improvement solutions
Minimum High School degree or equivalent required, Associate degree preferred
Experience: 2-3+ years documentation or configuration management experience
Basic knowledge of CAD, Project Data Management (PDM) a plus
Knowledge of fundamental engineering concepts, practices, and industry standards
Microsoft Office software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Typing proficiency, strong written and communication skills across multiple levels
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Ability to prioritize workload to meet critical needs
Working knowledge of Quality Assurance systems and cGMPs
Effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work with a high
degree of accuracy and recall
Pro-active and collaborative team member
Self -Auditing and have high quality standards
Continuous (6+ hours per day): Working at a computer terminal.
Documentation storage and retrieval may require bending, pushing, pulling and
lifting up to 50 lbs.
