    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.
    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.


    Job Overview

    Responsible for all planning and purchasing activities for an area or product line, namely: MRP runs,
    work orders creation and timing (production sequencing), materials purchase orders creation and
    timing, materials shortages reductions/elimination, target inventory levels achievement, on-time and infull delivery achievement, management of sales orders, work orders and purchase orders, cost
    reductions, etc.

    Main Responsibilities

    Oversee production work orders, MRP runs, including creation, timing and sequence of them
    while optimizing size of work orders to increase production efficiency and optimization of
    inventory levels.
     Oversee purchase orders, MRP runs to generate materials requirements and anticipate
    production needs to ensure sales orders fulfillment and achieve target inventory levels.
     Implement daily bucket scheduling to ensure optimization of production capacity and resources.
     Work with production department to eliminate constraints and balance production process
    throughout the operation to minimize/eliminate WIP levels while increasing speed to market.
     Act as liaison between Production Departments and Customer Service Department to ensure
    effective communication while prioritizing customer needs.
     Any other responsibility as assigned by leadership.



     BS / BA degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
     Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles.
     APICS Certified desired.
     Lean manufacturing working knowledge and/or certifications preferred.
     Exceptional organizational skills required. Great communication skills: written and verbal.
     Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in MS Excel – advanced level.
     Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, etc.

     Must demonstrate "hands-on" experience with all facets of MRP/ERP planning and purchasing
     Need to be a self-starter, highly organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to
     Responsive and reliable, with exceptional follow-through.
     Works with integrity and ethically.
     Adheres to Cantel/Crosstex policies and procedures; upholds organizational values.
     Meets productivity standards; completes tasks correctly and on time; uses time efficiently.
