Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.
Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.
Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.
Provides senior level payroll support and is considered the technical expert regarding payroll and time.
Lead and direct other staff to resolve problems and initiates solutions in a relevant, timely and effective
Produces, analyzes and distributes varied payroll records and reports requiring detailed knowledge of ADP
Vantage reporting and audit capabilities.
Manages specific project assignments and participates in functional or cross-functional task groups and
project teams as assigned.
Participates in the development, ongoing refinement, and implementation of improved procedures, systems
and processes in specialized Payroll area.
Makes recommendations for change/process improvement which includes research and collaboration with
other Payroll team members and internal customers.
Evaluates and reconciles payroll results for accuracy during payroll processing cycles utilizing a variety of
audit tools. Analyzes effectiveness of current tools and provides recommendations for improved processes.
Provides in depth customer service related to payroll issues. Payroll analysts are expected to analyze pay
in ADP Vantage.
Support multiple Business units that often require specialized knowledge as they have unique needs and
procedures. All specialists are expected to maintain working knowledge of business units that they may not
support in the event the assigned specialist is absent.
Audits the unapproved time report and works with managers to ensure timely and accurate approval.
Provides training/assistance for both employees and managers with time approval authority to ensure timely
and accurate reporting of employee time. Acts as subject matter expert and troubleshoots time entry and
approval issues from supported sites.
Knowledge is required to read a variety of manuals, write documents following prescribed formats, and/or
present information to others; and solve practical problems. Specific knowledge required to satisfactorily
perform the functions of the job includes: payroll practices, Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal
payroll and related tax laws, regulations and statutes.
Skills Specific to payroll are required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: planning and
managing projects; preparing and maintaining accurate payroll records; Standard Microsoft Word, High
Proficiency in Excel, and proficient in Outlook.
Ability In working with others, problem solving is required to identify issues and create action plans.
Specific abilities required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: maintaining
confidentiality; establishing and maintaining effective working relationships; communicating with diverse
groups; working with detailed information and frequent interruptions; and adapting to changing priorities.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years payroll experience, An associate degree or equivalent training
