Must have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a Technical degree

Lean Green Belt certifications required, Lean Black Belt Certification preferred
Demonstrated strong project/program management and execution skills are required
Must have a basic understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts to help with the
conceptual design of fixtures, tools and recommend equipment improvements
Strong focus on helping improve Ergonomics, Safety (Employee Wellness), Quality,

Ability to train
