Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.
Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.
Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.
1. Participates in developing short and long range goals and objectives that align with the strategic growth plans of the company and position the company for maximum sustained growth.
2. Business Development
a. Exploration of white space
b. Works with Franchise and Business Development Managers on identification of gaps and seeks solutions
c. Vets potential acquisition targets or partners
d. Member of M&A teams and integration teams as needed
3. Leads the market analytics function responsible for the following:
a. Develops a market model across the businesses and establishes key inputs required from the product managers
b. Responsible for creating market models for each new proposed project
c. Creates needed reports and helps track metrics
d. Pulls data from multiple databased for analysis
e. Financial analysis of new projects
4. Leads the market research function responsible for the following:
a. Drives and facilitates internal research
b. Organizes and facilitates Advisory Boards and supports Product Managers
c. Identifies and manages external research partners
d. Responsible for owning and updating a global repository of market research
5. Supports the global ELT and associated strategy meetings, as needed.
• Education and/or Experience – Master’s degree preferred and/or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years proven and progressive global marketing and management experience, preferably in gastroenterology, healthcare and/or medical device industry. This position should have experience in the following areas:

Familiarity with multiple channels of distribution in worldwide markets
Must work effectively with Senior-level executives, physicians, and leaders and staff of affiliated institutions and enterprises.
