    Job Overview

    This Service Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating/supporting general office responsibilities
    including creating service orders, managing phone calls, addressing customer walk-ins, inventory, filing,
    warehouse, and similar office tasks. Under general supervision/guidance, this position will accomplish all
    functions associated with the quoted job service order creation/posting, maintaining site specific manufacturer
    information, updating C&I contracts, and assisting service manager with scheduling as needed.

    Main Responsibilities

    Manage the service order process for customer requests and monthly services by handling all order
    creation, posting, and date management functions.
     Perform general office duties including greeting visitors/customers, restocking office supplies, answering
    phones, general housekeeping, sorting mail, and organizing files/documents.
     Take sales, service, general information, and customer calls and route to appropriate party, resolve
    customer concerns, and/or answer questions.
     Provide Support to the Service Manager and Techs with their daily inquiries as needed.
     Maintain and report on equipment manufacturing information in ERP system including make, model, serial
    number and date information.
     Assist with local inventory by shipping, receiving, and assisting in periodic physical inventory counts.
     Setup/update C&I contracts in ERP system including start date, end date, and frequency of services.
     Contribute to corporate and departmental objectives and ensure are met timely and accurately.
     Engage in and complete individual and team training opportunities timely.
     Accurately route calls appropriately based on customer request.
     Perform other duties as assigned.
     Manage the service order process for custom, large, quoted service requests by handling all order creation,
    posting, and date management functions.
     Support service manager with scheduling service technicians as needed.


    High School diploma (or equivalent) required
     A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience is required preferably in a medical device environment.
     Basic computer/Windows experience required including basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook and
    Microsoft Excel. ERP System experience preferred.
     Strong prioritization and time management skills, and the ability to multi-task numerous projects in a high
    volume, fast paced environment.
     Demonstrates ability to work independently.
     Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a timely and cost-effective manner

     Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
     Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. unassisted
