    Job Overview

    In this role he/she will be responsible to plan production in the short-medium term and support Procurement team to schedule all the materials needed for manufacturing and distribution according to demand and forecasting processes. He/she will coordinate the replenishment activities of the plant, including planning and monitoring materials stock to ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, reduce risks to run out of stock and improve overall Supply Chain performances.
    He/she will provide support to coordinate and monitor the materials flow (inbound/outbound) to make sure sales orders are properly and timely fulfilled, working closely with Customer Service, Logistics & Warehouse and Procurement to ensure an adequate products supply to the customers.
    He/she will provide support to monitor key metrics and run demand/forecast analysis.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Develop and summarize demand forecasts using historical data, statistical techniques, sales trends, business plans, service forecasts, sales and marketing forecasts and customer projections as part of the EMEA S&OP process in order to plan production accordingly
    • Analyse and monitor planning parameters, inventory levels of both finished goods and raw materials, manage excess and obsolete inventory
    • Maximize service levels and on time delivery performances by ensuring product supply in balance with overall demand and desired inventory levels
    • Act as liaisons between Customer Service and Procurement, ensuring a proactive communication and information on backorders status and material availability to stakeholders
    • Work closely with Procurement to have purchase orders issued on time and according to company policies
    • Weekly and monthly reporting on delivery performance, product availability, defining and taking actions to improve efficiency and performances
    • Create and maintain KPI and other Supply Chain reports
    • If needed support Procurement team in raising purchase order and/or follow-up on deliveries
    • Working in close cooperation with different stakeholders e.g. Procurement, Customer service, Logistics & Warehouse, Global Supply Chain, Regional and Country business

    Qualifications

     Bachelor or Master Degree (Management Engineering, Economics or equivalent)
     1-2 year working experience in similar role, preferably in Supply Chain or Operations
     Fluent English written and spoken
