    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.


    Job Overview

    This position represents the company to outside vendors and internal and external customers. The Administrative
    Assistant/Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel,
    mail distribution, greeting and directing internal and external customers, and the coordination of company meetings
    and events

    Main Responsibilities

    Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate individual
     Greets and directs visitors; greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
     Monitor visitor register, assign visitor badges and maintain security awareness
     Receives, sorts and forwards incoming and interoffice mail
     Monitor and maintain office equipment, mailroom and mail machine
     Monitor car service requests for visitors and issue confirmation emails
     Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
     Coordinates catering for company meetings and/or special events
     Assists with planning and preparation of employee events including holiday party and company picnic
     Supports in the planning and communication of HR programs; including (but not limited to) monthly
    employee birthday announcements, service date anniversary announcements, All Employee Meetings,
    Onboarding and training sessions
     Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel (President, SVP, VP) upon request
     Completes and submits expense reports for Executive Leadership
     Complete the assigned work at given time without any delay – report by end of day to the executive or
    supervisor with completion of given work
     Ensure all the phone lists are updeated on a monthly basis and loaded into the Medivators folder in
     Ensure client’s satisfaction with company services
     Update staff members on any company wide or local announcements, changes, or initiatives
     May attend meetings to record minutes


    High School Diploma or GED
     Minimum 2 years customer service experience
     Reception/Administrative Assistant experience strongly preferred
     Strong organizational skills
     Excellent verbal and written communication skills
     Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments
     Professional appearance and behavior
     Punctual and dependable
     Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
     Good interpersonal skills
     Must have high patience level
     Capable of giving spontaneous ideas whenever required by the management for business development
     Capable of handling difficult situations
